The Senior Trails Guide is responsible for delivering exceptional wildlife experiences through guided walking safaris, game drives, and interpretive bush experiences while always ensuring guest safety. This role requires extensive bush knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to conservation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Senior Trails Guide also mentors junior guides and ensures adherence to reserve and lodge standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead guided walking safaris and game drives in a safe and professional manner
- Provide guests with in-depth knowledge of wildlife, ecosystems, flora, fauna, and conservation practices
- Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and wildlife during all guided activities
