SENIOR RETAIL BRAND MANAGER – L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, Ireland 

As the Senior Retail Brand Manager for LDB Ireland, you will lead the Go-to-Market strategy for three of the most dynamic brands in the dermo cosmetics market: La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and Vichy. This is a high-impact, operationally focused role that requires a master of execution. You will bridge the gap between Brand, Commercial, and Operations, ensuring that strategic visions are translated into flawlessly executed pre-sells and in-store excellence through advanced use of the NEO system.

Commercial & Strategic Alignment

•Lead monthly meetings with Key Account Managers to align on retailer-specific activations for National Accounts and the Independent Pharmacy sector.

•Negotiate and secure premium visibility (Digital Screens, Gondola Ends) while managing the production and logistics of all POS/PLV materials.
