Purpose of the Role  
The Senior Tour Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences by designing, coordinating, and executing high-quality tour programs for corporate, leisure, and specialized groups. As a senior member of the team, the role also involves guiding junior consultants, safeguarding service quality, and contributing to business growth through product innovation, client retention, and operational excellence. 
Key Accountabilities 
Develop and customize high-quality itineraries for corporate, leisure, MICE, and specialty groups, ensuring 100% alignment with client objectives and budget.
Manage end-to-end tour operations, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and supplier arrangements to achieve a 98%+ service delivery accuracy rate.
