Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Test Engineer** to support and sustain **Final Test (FT)** operations in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining stable test performance, resolving production test issues, supporting equipment and hardware, and ensuring consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Sustain and maintain FT ATE test programs for mass production
+ Provide daily production test support to ensure stable test operations
+ Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues including yield drops, tester alarms, and test escapes
+ Perform test correlation, limit validation, and guard band verification
+ Support test hardware maintenance (load boards, sockets, cables, probe interfaces)
+ Coordinate with Equipment, Process, and Manufacturing teams to resolve tester and handler issues
