Senior Test Engineer - Bedok

Responsibilities
Lead Technical Resolution: Supervise all technical activities and troubleshooting related to all manufacturing test platforms, inspection machines, and associated peripherals (including but not limited to ICT, FCT, AXI, FP, and offline IC programming).
Advanced Failure Analysis: Manage high‑complexity equipment breakdown activities and perform root‑cause analysis to provide long‑term technical solutions, minimize production downtime, and directly drive improvements in MTTR and MTBF metrics.
Continuous Improvement Implementation: Identify floor‑level bottlenecks and actively execute continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment reliability, reducing repair times, and eliminating process waste to support the department's overall KPIs.
Standardize Procedures: Maintain and update current equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration procedures and work instructions to ensure ongoing consistency.
