Senior Telecom Engineer

Responsibilities Understand project and contract specifications, provide technical support in commercial discussion involving variation order, scope and responsibility, cost dispute, etc, with various project stake holders. Review and comment Topside and Marine telecommunication systems deliverables issued by engineering sub-contractors, such as design philosophies, single line diagrams, room layout and deck arrangement, cable schedule, hazardous areaplan, etc. Ensure the designs are following requirements of contract,classification and local authority regulations. and monitor the progress. Monitor the progress of drawing schedule and planned telecommunication engineering design activities are in line with overall project execution plan. Perform system design verification, such as PAGA sound coverage, PAGA voltage drop calculation, Link budget, system redundancy cabling etc. Review and ensure equipment layout in compliance with requirements of contract, classification, and local author...
