Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
