Job Description

The Senior Technology Officer (STO) will lead a small local technology team (3 FTE) in Argentina and act as a senior technology partner to the Markets and Payments organization. The role is accountable for translating business strategy into a prioritized technology roadmap, ensuring reliable and secure delivery, and influencing regional/global stakeholders so the Argentina strategy is executed successfully. The STO will drive execution across local and distributed teams, maintain strong operational controls, and continuously improve stability, resilience, and time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership (3 FTE): Lead, coach, and develop a local technology team; set clear goals, manage performance, and build a strong engineering and controls culture.
