Senior Technician - Service Repair

As a Senior Technician - Service Repair, you will operate on site at customer locations. You will provide advanced equipment installation, diagnose equipment problems, schedule repairs, and trains customer employees on how to maintain equipment. You will develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for repair, service and rental follow-up. You will also identify issues and possible solutions and brings to management’s attention. Additionally, you will determine potential strategies to improve service.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Works with other service repair technicians to develop and present proposals and quotations to clients for repair, service, and rental follow-up.
+ Ensures service team completes repair and rental activity log on daily.
