Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of liquid and chemical materials. 
The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Process Engineering Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Managing preventive maintenance programs (SAP).
Managing and assisting with planned plant shutdowns and related activities.
Supervising and assisting maintenance technicians and contractors.
Ensuring all maintenance technicians and contractors are well advised in performance management processes.
Adhering to safety to work systems.
Maintaining the maintenance workshop including all tools and spare part lists.
Supporting process and productivity improvement programs.
Supporting 5S and continuous improvement programs.
Adhering to ISO, ISO Quality Management Systems.
Encouraging all staff to work following SHE rules and regulations and promoting SHE matters.
