SENIOR TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Operate and supervise rebar processing machines such as cutting, bending, shearing, threading machines & Numerical Control Machines.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all machinery and equipment.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults and carry out timely repairs.

Monitor product quality to meet required standards and drawings.

Maintain proper records of maintenance, repairs, and machine performance.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.

Ability to work under pressure

REQUIREMENTS

No Criminal Records

Must work in irregular shift patterns (Including Night Shifts)
