Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and maintain high‑quality API documentation, including reference guides, integration manuals, and developer guides
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand API functions, endpoints, authentication, and error handling
• Ensure API documentation aligns with RESTful best practices and industry standards
• Leverage Confluence, Component Content Management Systems (CCMS), and DITA XML to structure, manage, and deliver content efficiently
• Design and maintain information architecture and taxonomy for technical content
• Develop and review technical examples in PostgreSQL, APIs, Terraform, and Microsoft Azure to support developer documentation <...
