As a key member of our operations team, you will independently oversee all incoming requests for new API connections, migrations, and technical issues. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations. This role requires you to initially take a hands-on approach to execute the OCPI connection workflow, and then take full ownership of automating and optimizing these processes.
