This role bridges factory-level system support and headquarters IT collaboration, ensuring smooth daily operation, efficient problem-solving, and strong communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote support for local factory users, troubleshooting and resolving daily system-related issues.
Collaborate proactively with headquarters IT teams to ensure continuous and reliable operation of information systems.
