Senior Technical Services Analyst

Role Summary

We are recruiting three Senior Technical Services Analysts to join the server support team located across Barnstaple and Exeter.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of critical systems across the organisation. This includes diagnosing and resolving complex faults, automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, and supporting the implementation of new systems and services. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across departments to maintain high service standards and continuously enhance service delivery.
