Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruiting - you will own roles from start-to-finish!
• Working closely with our Engineering department to help find them the best developers.
• Source, screen and interview potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
• Schedule and conduct interviews through Zoom.
• Coordinate with hiring managers + support second round interviews.
• Send offer letters.
• Adapt to the role as needed.
