Senior Technical Program Manager, SaaS Release & Delivery Excellence

Job Summary: Act as the single point of ownership for the entire software release lifecycle across our SaaS platform. You are the definitive Delivery Owner , responsible for converting technical feature complete builds into high-quality, high-value customer deployments. This role requires a unique combination of executive-level communication , strong technical governance , and acute customer judgment to orchestrate seamless execution from code check-in to production launch.
