Senior Technical Program Manager, Mobility and TACCOM

**MANTECH** seeks a career and customer-oriented **Senior Technical Program Manager, Mobility and TACCOM** to provide technical leadership and high-level program management support to a sponsor organization in **Alexandria, Virginia** . This is an **onsite** position.

This role requires a strong background in tactical communications (TACCOM), extensive experience managing mobility and land mobile radio (LMR) systems, and deep expertise in Project Management. The candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and technical lead, responsible for providing the technical and PM-level oversight necessary to ensure the sponsor’s federal programs meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives. This position manages a cross-functional technical team overseeing field reprogramming, code plug configuration, asset tracking, and inter-agency agreements.
