Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmeSupervise technicians to carry out daily maintenance workMonitor external contractor to conduct works in proper mannerPerform Test & Commissioning, Works Completion Report and technical related documentationVet and Verify contractors’ submission of proposal and method statementsPrepare CAD drawings whenever necessaryAssist Facility Manager in carrying out building-related improvement work and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Qualifications and Requirements
