What you will need to do:
Handle project tender Cost Estimating and technical evaluation, for all mechanical works HVAC, Building Automation system, Plumbing and Fire protection systems.
Provide economic studies and preliminary estimates for mechanical works.
 Review all tender documents along with project design drawings and specifications,
Raise RFI’s to the designer and client for any missing or conflict information may require for achieving the bridging design concept based on American standard requirement.
