Senior Technical Manager

Lead the technical delivery of a portfolio of live residential developments from inception to completion,owning design, coordination, statutory approvals, and the timely release of information that keeps construction moving.

You'll act as the senior technical point of reference across multiple concurrent schemes, directing external consultants, securing approvals (S104, S38, S278, NHBC, planning conditions), and partnering collaboratively with Land, Planning, Commercial, and Construction to drive buildability, value engineering, and compliance. You'll also help shape the technical standards, standard house types, and specifications that will support the business as it grows.

This is a senior, autonomous role for someone who has delivered complex residential sites at scale and wants ownership of technical risk, programme, and quality across a growing pipeline, with the backing of the Blenheim and Pye culture: relish a new challenge, keep our promises, make history.
