Senior Technical Manager

About the Role

As a CBRE UKI Technical Services Manager, you will be the senior technical authority responsible for engineering governance, compliance and risk across a critical infrastructure portfolio spanning the UKI region. This is a high‑profile, client‑facing role operating within mission‑critical environments, including data centres and other business‑critical facilities. You will own the technical strategy for HV and LV systems, lead the Authorised Person framework, and provide subject‑matter expertise to engineering and FM teams across the estate. This role requires deep hands‑on technical knowledge combined with the ability to drive governance, manage risk and engage at senior stakeholder level.
