About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in distributed systems, AWS, and full-stack development, who can lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical depth, leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities

• 6–8 years of overall experience in software engineering, with strong full-stack development exposure
• Proven experience designing and building distributed, scalable systems
• Hands-on experience of Python and JS is must.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (cloud architecture, deployment, scalability, security)
