ROLE SUMMARY

The APAC Technical Implementation Specialist team is responsible for product installations as well as troubleshooting assistance for clients across APAC countries. We support LSEG desktop and server, transactions, and market data products.

Technical Implementation Specialists are engineering experts who use innovative technologies to ensure global consistency of installation processes and faster product implementation.

This team is part of the global group performing technical implementations of internal products all over the world. We work with world’s largest financial institutions taking care of their critical transactions, market and data infrastructure. We have the opportunity to invent the way in which LSEG implements software and hardware on customer sites globally.
