What success looks like in this role:
As a Senior Field Engineer at Unisys on an Australian government account, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical support and services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, performing system installations and maintenance, and providing on-site support to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
You will also be expected to mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring they develop the skills necessary to excel in their roles
Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
