Our Client is seeking a Technical Evaluator Senior who will be responsible for assessing the job competency of employees enrolled in the Job Certification Program within a Lube Oil Refinery setting. The role involves evaluating technical skills, maintaining accurate training records, providing feedback, and contributing to developing and reviewing Job Task Standards (JTS) and certification materials across various manufacturing disciplines.

Evaluate Job Competency : Assess employees enrolled in the Job Certification Program to ensure compliance with job certification requirements.

Maintain Records : Keep accurate hard and digital records of training evaluation data, updating with new hire information or changes in employment status.
