Senior Technical Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Engineer performs design management of various types of projects residential commercial, warehouse/industrial buildings.
Reviews the structural design of projects. Initiates value engineering exercises and identifies potential issues/constraints
in design and construction during the early stages of design. Checks appropriateness of structural system and
correctness of design criteria proposed by consultants. Provides direction to consultants to ensure complete submission
of structural deliverables within project schedule. Performs the task of managing the documentation of the structural
drawings in coordination with architectural and MEP Works.
