Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager Technical for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, design review, BIM integration and execution support across large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technical activities for high-rise building projects.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and engineering-related issues.
• Oversee BIM coordination between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
