Role Summary

• Provide comprehensive I⁢ business analysis services to support diverse business and technology needs.
• Stakeholder management and reporting I⁢ wide performance KPIs
• Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Align with stakeholders on delivering savings and track & report this on an ongoing basis
• Support resource utilization tracking and management
• Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Contribute to business analysis policies, standards, processes, and best practices related to portfolio reporting tools and ensure consistency across the organization.
