Collaborate with customers, product managers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document technical and functional business requirements that meet business outcomesConduct workshops and interviews to elicit, validate, and document clear business requirementsMap client requirements into product epics/featuresDecompose product epics/features into user stories/tickets with detailed functional and technical requirements, and clear acceptance criteriaDevelop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to define and confirm business requirementsProvide content for the Product Manager to include in external-facing product documentation describing features, business rules, and use casesCreate necessary artefacts, including capability gap analysis and process flow diagramsSupport the maintenance and update o...
