Senior Tech (FOL Process)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• To assist the process engineer in achieving test yield target.
• To maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used.
• Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/tools/fixtures.
• To provide technical support on process to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Execute small improvement project to improve process performance and efficiency.
• Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy.
• Responsible for the overall product yields. He/she is responsible to establish and implement all appropriate actions to improve the yields.
• Monitoring reaction plans to improve product yield.
• Responsible for the product documentation (eg. Product specification, etc.).
• Responsible for product transfer readiness and activities.
• Responsible for revision change of document...
