Senior Team Leader Site & Distribution

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focusedSenior Team Leader to join our Site & Distribution team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing a production team and ensuring daily operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

In this role, you’ll lead from the front – spending most of your time on the floor supporting your team, verifying processes, and driving performance across production, safety, and quality. You’ll play a key role in translating production plans into action, ensuring your team understands expectations and how their work contributes to broader departmental outcomes.

You’ll also foster a high‑performing team culture, providing coaching, feedback, and clear communication to support individual and team success.
