What is the opportunity?This position is responsible for quality leadership & direction to the Manitoba Cash Service Centre. Reporting to the Senior Manager Cash Services (offsite). You would provide support for various day to day functions of a fast paced, performance driven Operations Centre. Ensuring accuracy & efficiency to ensure Service Level agreements are met. Accountable for the Centre's goals & strategic objectives. Main Point of contact for the Senior Manager, to ensure that the team are engaged & performing at a high level whilst maintaining client service agreements.**Please note: Operational Hours for this Centre are 6:00am - 5:00pm - must be available during these hoursWhat will you do?Point of contact for clients (branches & external clients) and escalations from partners (Armoured Cars, Bank of Canada, NCR and Cash Services National Office).
