Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Salary Package: 50,000 to 65,000 PHP/Monthly
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Manages day to day operations and execution of all the projects
+ Development and supervision of project staff and processes, fostering a high-performance team
+ Ensures accurate and timely communication of client and account issues to Operations
+ Responsible for quality control and checking of Staff's outputs under his supervision
+ Keeps track of team members' performance and attendance
+ Check, review and compile Start of Day and End of Day reports by all team members
+ Check, review and compile Weekly and Monthly Timesheets of all team members and coordinate it with Accounting
+ Create regular coaching, feedback session per team member
