Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the ALNCO & HLTA teams to support learners with ALN to access the curriculum. This will include planning and delivering interventions for learners with emotional health, wellbeing and behavioural needs in school and, where needed, off site. Many of these learners have experienced trauma and have learning needs that lead to barriers to learning. As well as direct work with learners, the post will involve leading meetings with parents, occasionally in the local community or family home, and the co-ordination of outside agencies involved with these targeted pupils.
