Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all aspects of direct & indirect taxation, international tax, transfer pricing, and statutory compliance across group entities in India, USA, Netherlands, and Trusts/Individuals. Ensure timely filings, risk mitigation, and adherence to global tax and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct & International Taxation
Oversee ITR filings, advance tax, and transfer pricing compliance.
Manage US federal/state tax (Texas & Delaware) and Netherlands tax filings.
Ensure FEMA/RBI compliance (ODI, FLA, APR).
2. Indirect Taxation & GST
Supervise GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C) and handle audits, refunds, notices.
Manage TDS computations, filings, and reconciliations.
3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Finalize ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7), director reports, and MCA documentation.
