Must Haves
10+ years leading Talent Management initiatives across corporate environments within the energy and resources sector
Expertise in succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs
Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and COE teams to implement enterprise-wide programs
Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and change management across complex organizational structures
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
Nice to Have
