Job Description
**Overview:**
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of the GBS Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore, acting as a recruitment and process expert. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, high-volume and specialized hiring, process excellence, and employer branding initiatives supporting growth of newly built Bangalore hub.
You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and contribute to the growth and maturity of the GBS talent ecosystem. You will lead hiring for diverse positions, however your focus will be non - IT hiring, with focus on **Supplier Quality & Regulatory** among others.
