Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Human Resources team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada. In this role you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment process across various areas of the company to support the business needs of the A220 program. Our working arrangement is hybrid, giving you the opportunity to work with the team on-site in Mirabel three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR business partners (PARH) and managers to define job requirements, competencies and selection criteria to determine the best recruitment strategies.
• Provide high-quality client-group service and develop an understanding of organizational needs to meet workforce objectives.
• Coach and support managers on processes and best practices.
