Peraso Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our R&D team. This position will be a key member of the team to support the development, analysis, characterization, and optimization of Peraso’s 802.11 mmWave radio and baseband integrated circuits in real-world conditions.

The successful candidate will focus on device characterization, debugging complex performance issues, and field-testing designs and modules. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on next‑generation wireless technologies in a challenging, goal‑driven environment.

Peraso is headquartered in downtown Toronto, Canada with a satellite office in Markham, Canada. The role may be based in either location with a preference for Markham and offers a flexible work‑from‑home schedule.
