Senior Systems Administrator

The Senior Systems Administrator will work closely with Singapore and Malaysia TECH Department to support all IT operational matters, relating to ICT infrastructure, end-points setup and distribution, including vendor management for JB office.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure / troubleshoot workstations, notebooks and printer hardware including any software errors.
• Triage, resolve or escalate any helpdesk or service request raised by end-users and follow-up to ensure a satisfied resolution is provided.
• Configure, operate, monitor and maintenance of network infrastructure including firewall, wide area and local area network equipment, physical and virtual servers, backup devices and UPS.
• Maintain and monitor WAN and VPN connectivity between JB office and other offices within or outsides of Malaysia.
