Responsibilities
- The Senior System Engineer assists our clients in their digitalisation projects.
- Manage the service level agreements as stated in the Managed Services contract.
- Ensure service requests raised by customers are prioritized and delivered in accordance with the agreed timeline.
- Be the single point of contact for clients for on-going operations and projects.
- Be the technical advisor for clients in digitalization projects.
- Involve in service improvement and recovery.
- Responsible for team KPIs - monitor and report KPIs.
- Report to Manager on any issue that could significantly impact the client.
- At least 3-years hands-on experience in Systems/ Network deployment work.
- Must have SI experience.
- Preferably with 2-years experience in project management and team management role.
- Good customer service and able to manage customer well.
