We’re looking for a SWIFT Payments expert who thrives on solving complex payment issues and working at the intersection of operations and technology. This role plays a key part in modernizing global payment systems and ensuring seamless transaction processing.
What You’ll Do

+ Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, failures, and data issues in a production environment

+ Serve as a subject matter expert for SWIFT messaging (MT & MX) and wire payments

+ Partner with business and technology teams to support SWIFT modernization and migration efforts

What You Bring

+ 5+ years of hands-on experience with SWIFT messaging and wire payment processing

+ Strong knowledge of Global Plus (data tables, payment flows, system mapping)

+ Proven experience troubleshooting real-time payment issues and performing root cause analysis
