I am currently working on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest-growing leisure operators, who are continuing to expand their national footprint with multiple new venues planned across the UK.
As part of this growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Senior Surveyor to oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects nationwide.
Reporting directly into senior leadership, this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to take ownership of projects from initial feasibility through to completion within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
The role combines both Quantity Surveying and Project Management responsibilities and would suit an individual capable of balancing commercial control with operational project delivery across multiple fast-track developments.
