Recruitment Resourcer - Real Estate Private Equity & Investment. Madison Berkeley is delighted to be partnered with a leading advisory firm looking for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor/Associate to join one of the market leading Capital Markets / Advisory Teams (Alternatives).

We are looking for candidates from newly qualified to AD level, ideally from a valuation or alternatives background, who are now looking to move into a brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, negotiating and execution of self storage transactions across the UK (site acquisitions, site disposals, M&A and JVs).
• Creating & drafting of Sales Information Memorandums for corporate sales as well as land sales.
• Underwriting / financial modelling of potential sales and acquisition opportunities for clients across the UK in line with sector benchmarking ...
