Senior Support Worker - Wirral

Hours: Full time long day shifts plus sleep ins

We are looking for an experienced , resilient and nurturing Children's Support worker to join our family home, caring for young people who have severe learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, some of whom are non-verbal. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and your passion and knowledge will inspire the team to achieve the best outcomes.

What do you need?

• A minimum of 12 months Children's home experience and alevel 3 qualification in residential childcare which will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
• Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.
