Package Description: Are you ready to make a real difference in someone’s life?Are you ready to take the lead and make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support across multiple locations in North Dorset. You will report into the Deputy Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

About the people you’ll be supporting: You’ll work across four different support packages, each for an individual with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and routines.
