Senior Support Worker

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Wiltshire Service based in Semington Trowbridge. You will report into the Registered Manager, splitting your time between hands‑on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

Location: Semington, Trowbridge, Wiltshire.

Job Duties

• Support 3 female clients with learning disabilities and/or autism, ensuring safe, happy, and meaningful lives.
