Senior Support Worker

Norfolk Road is an 11 bed registered accommodation service supporting people with severe and complex mental health issues based in S2 2SX.

A Senior Support Worker has a variety of responsibilities, including direct support with all aspects of peoples’ daily living in order to promote recovery and independence, administering medication, risk assessment and management and recording and reporting.

In addition, a Senior Support Worker will have line management and supervisory duties and must demonstrate an ability to prioritise and allocate tasks on shift. The Senior Support Worker will be part of a small, dynamic team, working alongside other staff within the service. The role will require the successful applicant to work as part of a rolling rota which will include weekends and sleep-ins.
