Senior Support Worker (Lockswood Care & Wellbeing Centre)

We are looking for a compassionate, experienced and proactive Senior Support Worker to join our Lockswood day care centre, which provides high-quality day services for older adults. This is a rewarding senior role in which you will support clients to live fulfilling, dignified lives while also providing hands‑on leadership to the wider support team.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Client Support

• Provide person‑centred care and support to older adults attending the day centre in line with individual care plans.
• Support clients with personal care, mobility, medication administration and daily living activities as required.
• Plan, facilitate and lead meaningful activities tailored to clients’ interests, abilities and wellbeing — including those adapted for people living with dementia.
